Attend presentations featuring healthy grain salads, foods that promote energy, and more! Guests of The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge are welcome to attend events at both properties!

THE CHOCOLATE SPA provides the ultimate in rejuvenation. Soothe your mind, body, and soul with signature treatments like the WHIPPED COCOA BATH and the Chocolate Fondue Wrap.

Guests of HERSHEY Resorts receive complimentary fitness classes including Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, aquasize, stretching & strengthening and kids fitness. In addition, complimentary ice skating at GIANT Center and HERSHEYPARK Arena is also available.

Enjoy a variety of culinary demonstrations by our accomplished chefs. Guests of Hershey Resorts can also enjoy complimentary culinary demonstrations each Saturday in March from 2 - 3 PM.

    It might be the last thing on your morning to-do list, or it might not be on your list at all. But a healthy breakfast refuels your body and jump-starts your day. We'll introduce you to healthy options that fit your taste and lifestyle, and put breakfast back into your morning

  • Saturday, March, 15 - Build a Better Burger
    The first thing that comes to mind when you think of a burger is "unhealthy". Learn how the right ingredients, proper cooking, and flavorful toppings are keys to a perfect burger

  • Saturday, March, 22 - Healthy Grain Salads
    If you're looking for a main course or side salad, think beyond the expected lettuces and pastas and instead turn your attention to grains. Learn how easy-to-cook grains make refreshing and good-for-you salads

  • Saturday, March, 29 - Healthy Desserts
    Learn some delicious recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth without disrupting your healthy lifestyle

Wellness Activities and Seminars

  • Saturdays in March beginning March 8th
    Health Care Professionals from Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center will share their knowledge in a variety of Health and Wellness seminars on Saturday mornings at 10:30 AM. Complimentary for Hershey Resorts guests  
       
  • Complimentary fitness classes
    Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Yogalates, nature walks, stretch, step aerobics, low impact aerobics, meditation & Aquatic aerobics. Fitness Classes vary by day and run on a first-come-first served basis. Participants must be at least 16 years old

  • Complimentary ice skating
    Enjoy ice skating at the GIANT Center and HERSHEYPARK Arena (nominal fee for skate rental)

    Michelle Wohlfarth, a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, will prepare foods that promote energy, general health, and well-being. The focus will be adding Phytonutrients in your diet to control weight and disease. What are these foods and how do leafy greens affect your health? You can sample the food and take away valuable cooking tips and recipes. This complimentary event begins at 12:00 noon.     Michelle Wohlfarth, a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, will prepare foods that promote specific healing for inflammation. You will learn what causes inflammation and Food Therapy that promotes healing and prevention. You can sample the food and take away valuable cooking techniques, health tips, and recipes.   • Thursday, March 27 - Lunch n' Learn on "Nutrition & Cooking"
    Michelle Wohlfarth, a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, will prepare foods that promote energy and general health and well-being. The focus will be on “Sugar Blues” and healthy alternatives to substitute into your diet. Learn what foods can be added in your diet to decrease the desire for sugar and fat. You will sample the foods prepared and take away cooking tips and recipes. This complimentary event begins at 12:00 noon.   • Mondays & Wednesdays - 7:00 AM Dynamic Stretching & Strengthening
    Taught by Kathy Montgomery, M.Ed., Certified Level I Meridian Stretcher and a Certified Reflexology Practitioner. Kathy will introduce you to stretches that promote muscle and joint health as well as balance, which is critical for functionality. Some aerobic activity will be incorporated

  • Mondays and Wednesdays - 6:00 PM Aquasize classes

  • Saturday - Kid's Fun Fitness at 10:00 AM
    Kids will have fun learning about the importance of being active. Activities will include making their own jump-rope and participating in simple stretches and exercises using hula-hoop’s and their hand-made jump rope
